Begin with your location

Choose the city where you are praying. The timetable lists Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha. Sunrise is displayed separately as a solar event. If you are travelling, select your destination rather than continuing to use your home city’s timetable.

Understand the timetable

The five named entries on AL-Naqawa are calculated start times. A mosque may also display Iqamah times, which tell you when a congregational prayer is scheduled. Our calculated times should not be treated as a mosque’s congregation schedule.

Find local teaching and support

For learning purification, prayer movements, recitation or questions about your circumstances, seek a trusted local teacher or mosque. This introductory page explains how to use the timetable; it is not a complete religious instruction manual.

Make the website easy to use

You can change your city without signing in, inspect your calculation method, compare methods, and print a monthly timetable. The focus display offers a large view of the next prayer. Theme and selected-city preferences stay in this browser.
