The black AzanClk AZ-106 may suit a small desk or bedside space if you want an audible prayer reminder and are comfortable checking its location and calculation settings. This is a source-based assessment, not a hands-on review. We have not tested its sound, battery life, display or long-term reliability.
On 31 October 2026, AzanClk listed the model at US$32.99. Its listing describes a roughly 5.90 × 3.47 × 2 inch clock with multiple azan voices, adjustable volume, Hijri/Gregorian display and individual prayer-sound controls. Treat these as seller claims, not our measurements.
Ask about power before ordering
The listing mentions two AA batteries and USB-C DC 5V operation, with the power supply excluded. It also contains inconsistent wording about the connector. Ask the seller to confirm the port and exactly which cable, batteries and adapter are supplied for the unit you would receive.
Do not assume that a USB-powered product recharges ordinary AA batteries. Obtain the model’s instructions before choosing a power arrangement; this article has not verified a manufacturer manual for the exact hardware revision.
Setting it up: verify the location first
The seller describes pre-programmed cities and manual location entry. Before purchase, ask how your city is entered, which calculation choices are available and how seasonal clock changes are handled. Ask for the exact edition and its instructions rather than relying on the appearance of a similar clock.
When a unit arrives, check the date, city, time zone, seasonal-time setting and prayer method before judging a discrepancy. Compare prayer starts with the same inputs; a mosque congregation time is a separate reference. These are buying and verification checks, not tested button-by-button instructions for this model.
Who should consider it, and who should wait
The listed size and audio controls make it worth investigating for a personal desk. The main unresolved questions are power-package clarity, exact setup choices and how readable the display is from your normal seat. Ask for a clear screen photograph at the intended angle and current return terms.
Wait for further evidence if you require Wi-Fi synchronisation, phone control, verified rechargeable operation or measured bedroom sound levels. We have not established those capabilities. There is no independent popularity or recent model-specific sales evidence in this assessment, so we do not call it a bestseller.
